micvar - Order Selection in Vector Autoregression by Mean Square Information Criteria

Implements order selection for Vector Autoregressive (VAR) models using the Mean Square Information Criterion (MIC). Unlike standard methods such as AIC and BIC, MIC is likelihood-free.
